– Arrival: If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or move you to our walk-in list. After three no-shows, we’ll kindly ask that you visit us as a walk-in client

– Safety First: For your safety, we do not perform ingrown nail removal services.

– Refunds: While we don’t offer refunds, we’re dedicated to resolving any issues to keep you happy

 – Service Guarantee: All gel and extension services come with a 5-day guarantee.
After that, repairs will incur a small charge.
Regular polish does not have a guarantee.

 – Positive Environment: We want everyone to have a great time! We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting rude behavior or any form of violence.

 – Pricing: Our menu has all prices listed.

 – Personal Belongings: Please look after your items during your visit; we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

 – Damage Responsibility: Kindly understand that vou’ll be responsible for any damage to salon products during your visit.
